Adly Thebaud, MD, CPI

Board Certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Thebaud is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with more than 30 years’ experience in treating children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients affected by psychiatric, medical and neurological disorders. In addition to his successful private practice, Dr. Thebaud oversees the operation of clinical trials with the additional responsibility for Medical Oversight. Dr. Thebaud has conducted over 175 clinical trials during his 18 years of experience.

After completing his Residency in Child/Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry at Michigan State University, he worked as an academic faculty and staff physician at Wayne State University, Detroit Receiving Hospital. In 1991, Dr. Thebaud moved to Florida where he launched his private practice in, which includes children from age 4 to adults in their ninth decade of life. Patients are treated for a variety of conditions including ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Dementia, Depression, Eating disorder, Panic Disorder, PTSD, Schizophrenia and others. Dr. Thebaud participates yearly in short-term medical mission trips in developing countries, to teach doctors, nurses and other medical staff on subjects such as Neonatal Resuscitation in which he is certified. Dr. Thebaud is also an Assistant Clinical Professor for the medical students and physician assistants of Florida State University. Because of his love of people, his interest in learning, and his ability to relate to patients, Dr. Thebaud is a real asset to Family Psychiatry Services and Medical Research Group of Central Florida.

Josette Romain, MD

Board Certified Family Physician

Dr. Romain is a Board Certified Family Physician actively involved in the follow up care to many of our patients in our private practice and clinical research.

Dr Romain completed her residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, in 1991. In addition to her experience in internal medicine, Dr. Romain spent two years residency training in Psychiatry at Fairlawn Center, in Pontiac, Michigan. Along with her work at Medical Research Group of Central Florida where she has been conducting Phase II – IV studies for 17+ years; Dr. Romain is a Staff Physician and Vice-President for Family Psychiatry Services, Staff Physician at Walt Disney World Center and Staff Physician for Florida Hospital Central Care. She has participated in multiple medical mission trips in various developing countries, including Haiti, Honduras, Congo and the Dominican Republic.

Kelly Speranzo-Otero

APRN

Kelly Otero APRN PMHCN-BC is Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is board certified in Adult Psychiatric Mental Health. She received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Southern Connecticut State University, in New Haven Connecticut and went on to receive her Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from Fairfield University in Fairfield Connecticut. Kelly has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings and has over 30 years’ experience working in the mental health field. Kelly lives in Central Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys treasure hunting with her husband on our beautiful Florida beaches. She is a professed member of the Secular Franciscan order and is active in ministry at her church. She enjoys spending time with her big extended family. She is a strong advocate for her patients and considers it a privilege to accompany them on their journey toward emotional health and healing.

Fhteachia Andrews

APRN

Fhteachia Andrews is dual-licensed and board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She also obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. She received her first Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and furthered her education by obtaining her Master’s of Biomedical Sciences degree. In addition, she obtained her second Bachelor’s of Nursing degree, her Master’s of Nursing degree with the Family Nurse Practitioner track and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Union University in Jackson, TN. In addition, she attended Florida Atlantic University where she obtained her Post-master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. As a nurse she worked as a RN Unit Manager at a Skilled Rehabilitation Center/Nursing Home. As a nurse practitioner, Fhteachia has worked in a variety of settings, which include inpatient hospitalist role and cardiology role, neurology both inpatient and outpatient settings, transition of care, hospice, endocrinology, both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. She utilizes telemedicine for psychiatry. Fhteachia lives in Florida, with her husband, mother, grandfather, son, and a Havanese dog. For fun, she loves watching movies with her family, spending time with her family including two grandchildren who visit during the summers, cruising, vacationing, and focusing on staying healthy. She loves to encourage others to be the best they can be in their lives.

Priscille Yancich

APRN

Priscille Yancich has many years of experience in primary patient care, including cardiac care, outpatient psychiatry and clinical research. Ms. Yancich obtained her Bachelor of Science in pre-physical therapy from Howard University before turning her focus on the field of nursing and obtaining her Bachelor of Science in nursing. She went on to complete a Masters of Science in the family nurse practitioner program from the University of Central Florida. Ms. Yancich has a passion for mental health and understands its importance in the treatment of the whole patient. Ms. Yancich truly enjoys the therapeutic relationships that she develops with her patients and is dedicated to helping them in any way she can. Eager to give back to her community, Ms. Yancich has held many volunteer roles. She acted as a volunteer registered nurse at Harvest Time International and Shepherd’s Hope, two free clinics for underserved communities in the Orlando area. When she’s not seeing patients, Ms. Yancich enjoys exercising, painting, and date nights with her husband.
